[Visual Bug] Engine exhaust with speed modifiers

When the game is set to 8x speed multiplier (Less so on the others), some engine exhausts go in random directions. I've found this to happen on the TEC's scout, construction frig, and Kol. It also appeared in the replay. Advent scout, light frig, colonizer frig, and Radiance did not appear to have this happen.

I'd check some more, but I seriously need to get to work on an essay.
