StyleVista - is it dead or what?

A friend of mine has a version of Windows Vista I'd never heard of before 'Extreme Vista'.  Has a bunch of neat themes.  In investigating how these are created, I stumbled into something that referred to StyleVista.  I told my friend that whatever that was, it looked very simlar to how Windowblinds is set up.  So, I decided to google 'stylevista' and low and behold, up comes a link from stardock. 

I went to that page, but all it said was 'coming soon' and that the alpha version was dead.

I opened impulse, didn't see anything I could grab.  Opened stardock central, didn't see anything (even in beta).

Then I went to discussion - saw a StyleVista thread, but when I tried to 'catch up', I got some 404 page about gremlins stealing the page!?!

So what?  Did it die, or what?

StyleVista is in internal beta. It's coming but in a very different form.
