Problems with the Activation

I have problems with the activation of my (original) copy of GalCiv 2. StardockCentral refuses to download any patches for the game and says to me that I should send an email at [email protected] for merging my account records. I did that and now I am waiting 3 weeks and have no answer from stardock. Can anybody say to me witch information I need to send with that email?

Did you receive an automated reply when you first mailed support? If so, what was your ticket number?

If you did not get the autoreply, then your mail was never received or the response was blocked by your service provider or spam filtering.

Yes i have got an automated reply. Äh sorry what do you mean with ticket number? Have I overlooked something in that email?
