Particle Forge Help

When i try to open up particle forge it comes up with an error type message and says that i needs to shut down. please help !

i got it to open now but when i go to open something in mesh or particle the same error message i got before comes up.

thats the problem it dosent have one. it just says it needs to shut down and sorry for the inconvenience. ive tried most things like the net framework and moving it. i donno what to do now.
