Tutorial screen movie stutter?

I just installed GalCiv2, the entire bundle, and loaded it up. I started watching the tutorials but I notice that very frequently, the video just "stops" while the narration continues without any problem. Then, after about 5-10 seconds, the video just skips forward to what she is discussing. This happens almost constantly and on all the tutorials?

I have Windows Vista, btw, with the latest drivers. I also have an AMD but have the dual core optimizer fix for it.

Nevermind, disabling the AA for the tutorials worked, I read that somewhere.

Just bought the game, and I'm having the same problem. Me being my age and all, where would I find the AA disablement? Under options at game screen start up?

Disabling the AA? Where would I find that. In the options menu at game start up? I'm old, and computer stupid. (You get that with old age.)

In the video options, set the Anti-Aliasing to 0.
