Downloaded wallpapers dissappear

I have bought DeskScapes and downloaded some wallpapers , but they dont appear so I can choose them when I open Stardock DeskScapes - Choose an animated desktop???  They work just after downloading has finished, but when I have downloaded a new one the old one disappear. Why??

It sounds like you are saving your files in a different location then where your default location is of wincustomize. You must browse to where you have saved your files and then choose one.

hope this helps..ideally for me they save in the active drive i.e. computer/active drive name C/users/ur usr name/documents/stardock/.....

The default directory on my computer was the one DEVJIT described above. My internet download automatically save to my desktop so I can put them where I want them. Just go to the default folder for DeskScapes, and drag the files you download to that folder. They will pop up for selection just fine then.

All of my wallpapers download to the default location on the C drive. They are all in exactly the same location, yet some show up and some do not. Any advice would be appreciated.
