Doesn't work!

I installed the trial version of WindowBlinds, then two themes I liked: Azenis 2 and BlackSystem. Neither works. When I switch to it, it puts up an old version of Windows (1998 I think). Is this supposed to happen because it's a trial, or am I installing wrong (err, it happened automatically, so I assume it's correct)? TIA.

What you describe happens when the trial period has run out. How long have you had it? Has it been on another computer? Where did you get it from?

How long have you had the trial?  It only runs for 30 days.
Can you post your system info from the tab in the WB application?

I downloaded it less than three hours ago. But if it expires I don't think I'll bother... I hate having something expire just as I'm getting used to it. Do the other Wincustomize trials also expire? 'Cause I'll uninstall if they do (and buy the full version later when I have more cash ;D).

AOwpr, I was going to answer your question about trial, but then thought you might want to visit Stardocks web page and read about the products. That way I don't go telling you something wrong. Check it out WWW Link

I'm sure once you do you will have some other questions. Come on back and post another reply. The community members can give you a lot of help when you are trying to choose which programs to get.  ;)

Been here all these months and only just tried out Windowblinds?

Uninstall-reinstall does not reset the time limit

@Philly: Took your advice and downloaded everything from this website. ;) The only programs I like are DeskScapes (aesthetics), ObjectDock (useful), TweakVista (takes care of things I normally wouldn't, and lets me take care of still more), and WindowBlinds (though I don't think I'd buy it... I'm fine with Windows Aero).

Hehe. I subscribed via e-mail for updates on Sins of a Solar Empire... then I started getting non-gaming e-mails and I was somewhat confused; didn't bother checking what StarDock really was until now.
