The wallpaper appears to be seperate from the windowblind. Have you tried to Google the car? Maybe it will lead you to the wallpaper. Or you could just wait to see if the author of the screenshot answers you.

That picture and many others on that page belong to Ron Kimball and can be found at his website. In my opinion, there is no better automotive photographer out there.
I have had the pleasure of meeting him and he is one hell of a nice guy.
