Malfunctions in tutorial screen

I have discovered some bugs in galciv2 tutorial screen:
1) I have resolution set to 1280x800 and when I choose to play a tutorial video in fullscreen, it has bottom part cut off
2) Is there a pause button somewhere? If not, why?
3) Just under the tutorial video container are two empty fields, the right of them flashes on mouse over, the left does totaly nothing - what are they?
