Can anyone identify this visual style?

I had the following visual style applied to my Windows XP a while back and can't find it again for the life of me. Does anyone here recognise it and point me in the right direction so that i could download it again.

I can only suggest take a guess at what year & month you remember getting the blind & search backwards from that date thru the gallery assuming it's a blind & not part of suit,in the mean time this one should temporarly cure your lack of blue withdrawl symptoms ;p

Originally it was a visual style that came with the StyleXP program. I wil just have to install Window Blinds to use this now.
