WindowBlinds X64 Vista and Java Menu's

For some reason a few menu's created with certain Java Applications in Windows Vista x64 get black line strikeouts for some reason. I would post a picture, but I don't have web space for one. The applications I know it to effect on my PC are the beta of Dreamweaver CS4 and Azureus Vuze. It does not effect Netbeans or OpenOffice.

I'm using the latest Official ATI Drivers on an X1900XT 512MB and WB 6.11 Build 100.

In case anyone's reading this, it occurs under Vista32 when using Eclipse as well. Both of those are SWT-based apps, I haven't noticed Swing apps behaving the same way.

This isn't a new thing, I've noticed this for quite some time but haven't bothered to check into it or post a bug report. The effect is the same when the card is on default settings or oc'd. I also think that some skins tend to exhibit this behavior more than others; the linked screenshot is the new Avanti skin.
