I need help please?

I was wonder about a few things.....

What tools do I need to make a mod? ( add units and stuff like that) - ( I already have galaxy forge to make maps)

and is there any tutorial on how to do it?

Grab the full mod tools from the download section. There are tutorials in there. There's also a few good tutorials stickied at the top of this forum, and probably some strewn throughout the nonstickied posts as well.

As black seraph says, you can get most of the usefull stuff here on Sins own site.
Although, if you want to add units, ie make your own or whip up something from a show, eg Star Trek, you'll have to look elsewhere for a modeling program.

The one I'm using at the moment is a free program called XSI Mod Tools 6 and it's available for free fromthe official website.
Would you like some tutorial thread links as well?
There's one by Ezraeil and I'm also running a thread although it's not as far along as Ezraeils and uses a different method.

kk basic all I need to know is

-the tools need ( thanks)
-what forum the models need to be in ( liek ALO. or what ever?)

after that I can skin them/send the to soem one alse for every thign alse.

also PLEASE READ the site for |GC| is down and I am gona see baout makign a new one.
It was horrible timing and we are not sure what the problem is. But if I cna get enough people I'd liek to form a modding team.

So you cab join the clan to play, mod or both.
