Download Problem on stardock

Hi together,
i found some equal posts in the "Download Problem" Thread but i want a new thread for the issue.
ATM you can't download GalCiv2 from Stardock. The Program starts to download gc2.sdc and after arriving 100% he restart the download process.
I've started the install before going lunch and did some other things and after i come back i saw it still download gc2.sdc. It must be downloaded more than 100 times (> 1.000 kb/sec).
I hope i don't get any trouble for it because i did it at work and it must be huge datas which transfered again and again.
Please fix the problem asap!
