Object Dock keep poping!!

How can I disable it so when I move my mouse over my docks/tabs while I have other windows on it, it still pops up, I want to disable it but don't know how!!
Help please!

Open up Object Dock Properties, click on Positioning, and click the bullet point for 'keep on bottom' and it should stay underneath anything else that goes on top of it.

Hey, don't feel too bad. I had a question like this about Object Dock on Tuesday, so I'm in the same boat sometimes.
