download of cd image

from Stardock Forums

I bought GalCiv and downloaded it via SDC. Now I would like to burn a CD of the game for backup purposes. For that I need a CD image. I remember there was a news item yesterday on the gc website that offered this for existing customers, but now it has scrolled away from the front page and I cannot find it anymore. Can someone provide the link to this again please?

Thanks

Not really. The main GalCiv folder comes in at under 600MB, so you can simply burn the entire installation directory to a CD.

Of course, a CD image would be a cleaner way to go about it, but just copying the folder contents should work in lieu of that.
