Help with additional components included in wba file

Hi, i have a question about downloads for windowblinds, i recently dl'ed GT3 by Tiggs (great skin) my question is , in the download zip folder there is an additional folder called "userpics" ..does the wba install utilize this folder during install or do i need to drop the folder somewhere..it doesnt seem to install any of its contents , and has no documentation telling me where it goes,  I did a search on my system for a few of the files withing the extra folder and it didnt find anything...thanks in advance for responses.
