Vista Problem

So, I've tried downloading the trial MANY times and no matter what, when I try to apply a skin, I get the Windows 98 theme.
Any clue why this is happening?

your OS specs please., if u cant find them go on search and look for dxdiag open it and u will find your computer specs.

Have you previously had the trial installed? It only lasts 30 days from the first installation, after that it will no longer skin windows, uninstalling and reinstalling will not reset it.
