Missing turn button

This is something that frequently occurs at random points throughout my games. After pressing the turn button, the computer goes through the motions, etc. then "poof" no turn button. Sometimes I am able to revert to a previous save and move on, other times though the bug comes right back. Anyways, I am just curious if anyone else is having the same issues.

This has been extensively discussed in other threads. Do you have ships on auto attack or auto survey? The problem seems to be that these ships get stuck. In most cases it seems that hitting the space bar (to tell these ships to skip the rest of their moves) gets the game going again.
