You have to down load the client and the server on line.

One system will be the server, perferably a system not running a game but still do-able if powerful enough and the rest will be clients.

The clients would then sign into the server. All clients in the same "room" can hear each other talk through their head phone mic set as well as hear the game.

Be sure to go with the head set as outside ambient sound can really be distracting.
