Forum update removed the metaverse signatures?

Are the metaverse signatures coming back?  It's not just a fun way to show off your metaverse achievements.  I appreciated the fact that you could tell something about the poster.  Advice coming from someone who plays mostly normal difficulty games might not be applicable to me if I play mostly suicidal.

With ToA released, everyone's metaverse profiles were reset to zero. It was mentioned in an earlier post.







Now that your heart skipped a beat, I'm only kidding. Maybe the removal of the bling means they are fixing them ;)

Heh, I'm so jaded about forum postings that I immediately doubted you rather than thinking you were telling the truth. Nice try though. :)

I don't remember what I did now, but I did notice a broken javascript message that sounded like it was related to this problem, though.

A quick update.

In Firefox (2.0.0.14), the metaverse rank and trophies appear, but the difficulty icon is blank.

It's been broken ever since I started posting (months ago), which is why I've been browsing these forums using Internet Explorer 7.

Unfortunately, the entire metaverse signature is currently blank in IE7.

Not everyone is an FF fanboy. And this forum keeps losing basic useful functionality everytime something is changed, causing some longtime users I talk to through IM(and used to here) to visit much less frequently. This has been an ongoing beta test for a while now. Wonder if it will ever get back to having at least the basic stuff that any free forum would have. Recent posts list that updates, a search function that works(google is not repacement for a real forum search) and a host of other things that now have to be used with some kind of workaround instead of working properly. Everything that's added just breaks two things it seems.

Maybe I'm just venting because I'm pissed at a problem with my game right now, but hell it just keeps going backwards with every update.
