Opening software package within

Hello out there again, I use a software package called Isodraw7, it is a state of the art 3D perspective technical illustration package, used to do three quarter cutaways of helicopters down to a exploded parts illustration.

The problem I am having is it doesn't seem to take to skins very kindly, the problem usually occurs when the software is open and I go to "file open" to find a particular illustration I am working on, the open file box is correctly skinned but inside everything is all over the place, so that I can't get to a illustration to open.

Is there anyway I can exclude the software from being skinned or is that a stupid question as it is operating in the same os, I need help badly as this is my work software
