When i try to start galactic civilizations 2 it wont go. All i see is the launcher minimized on my toolbar. I was able to paly the game once. But i had to quit when my turn button wouldnt appear. Not the gae just wont start. ive tried starting it every whichway , via stardock, manually, or what have you.
