Buying with tokens

Ok, I had GalCiv2 and DA installed, my brother hasn't played the game and when he seen me playing it he thought it looked good and wanted to play it. So I told him, "Before you pay for it let me log on and buy it for you because I have tokens left I can use". Now at this point I thought that once I clicked buy on the token purchase I could say that it was a gift and have it transferred to his account but no go, it immediately brought me to the thank you receipt and told me I could download it now.

My question is, is it possible to transfer that purchase over to his account at this point or are we screwed?

You'd need to present your case to [email protected] and see where that gets you. Tokens are non-transferrable and can't be used for gift purchases.
