Activation problem

Hi All,

I bought (online), downloaded and installed Sins. I am trying to activate it from the right-click menu and it keeps failing with this message:

Error activating the product

Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling. Please include this log file when contacting [email protected].

I also get a dialog saying things like:

Email: %email
Password: %password
Appid: %appid
Path: %path

When I click on the button in this dialog Stardock Central crashes.

One problem I seem to be struggling with is a mismatch of emails (my own registered with my account) and my wife's (registered with the Paypal account I used to by the game and it was automatically used to associate with the game's serial number). I don't know if it is related to this.

Any ideas?

Please contact [email protected] as the message advises. If you did buy with paypal and you use a different email account on SDC, you'll likely need an account merge.
