WB acting strange

When I start my computer theres only the windows that is skinned, the taskbar returns to WB classic. And sometimes when MSN starts in startup I can see thru the window because there is now window ... And 1 of 7 times when I open explorer it has the classic theme, then I close it and restart the explorer and it opens with a skinned window :/ Why all this trouble?

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 49 x86 - Vista Edition)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
(Allmän PnP-bildskärm) 1 is attached to Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family
