WB strange skinning behaviour

Got a wired skinning Problem with the taskbar and the dreamland skin.
1. When Dreamland is loaded alone. The start menu area is fine
2. When using Azro skin + Dreamland skin for taskbar. It still is fine.
3. After restarting it got mixed up (see pic)
4. Reloading Dreamland-sk wont help. Start menu area is still be messed up
5. Reload a different skin, than reload dreamland-sk. Works.
6. Back again to 3, Loading Azro-sk basic, Deamland-sk for taskbar. Works
7. After system restart. Messed up again
Anyone can help? TXS
