Firefox title bar doesn't skin

I have looked and found a few threads of people having similar problems but I can't find anywhere that has a solution that works for me. Everything skins beautifully with the exception of firefox which is really driving me crazy because I use firefox a lot. If you look at the screenshot in the link below you will see what I mean. Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: I have noticed now that a number of programs don't have a skinned titlebar. Photoshop CS3 for example has a titlebar just like firefox rather than the themed one. Autodesk Maya 2008 however has the skinned titlebar like it should. This is very strange.

Is it only maximized window titlebars that aren't skinned? Are those programs perhaps excluded under change the look of an application?

No it is not excluded, actually I even tried forcing a specified skin onto the titlebar of firefox using the application specific settings. Also the titlebar stays the same whether minimized, maximized, or anything else. Any more ideas?

UPDATE: Fixed. I realized I never installed the upgrade from WB 5 to 6. Simply upgrading fixed all the problems.

Thanks.
