Where can I buy Sins!?

I live in England, and I can't find Sins anywhere! I know it hasn't had a UK release yet, but there are no copies of it anywhere online that'll ship to me. I can only find the collector's edition through direct-download, but I just want the normal game without any daft extras that'll cost me more. I know there's the stardock site too, but they want $20 for shipping.
Any help'd go a long way, I really want to play the game online properly!

Digital download will be the least expensive way to buy it because you pay no shipping or tax. The standard retail box version is $39.95 compared to $44.95 for the download collectors edition.

The bonus is that Stardock charges in USD, which means you get it cheap since the price isn't adjusted to the usual Euro markets
