Bug - Colonize level 3 does not give the 2 free extractors

In playing the game, I upgraded a Capital ship to Level 3 Colonization and proceeded to colonize some planets. I got no free extractors. When the same ship was Level 2 I got 1 free extractor. The upgrade screen at Level 2 says that you will get 2 free extractors when the Colonize ability is at level 3.

Dont know why. I got one on Level 3 Colonization and it worked fine.

dont upgrade skill then colonize inmediatly after

it takes some time for it to work.... rly weird

same happens with advent progenitor, the 20% upgrade bonus takes 10 seconds to work
