Can't upload new skins

from WinCustomize Forums

Hello.

Whenever I submit/upload a new skin, the page hangs here:

I tried on both IE7 and FF but same error. :(

Any help is much appreciated.

OK I uploaded my skin using: https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx (NOT http://upload.wincustomize.com/ or https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx)


And the file has been sent correctly.

Is this OK?

That's fine.
Send an email to [email protected] with the failure details so they can take a look and perhaps find a fix.
