"You are already logged in"

I logged out of IronClad an hour ago...I go to log back in and it says I am already logged in. My friend says I am still in the Lobby I can't join - this is some really great service. Whats going on?

Uhm.. it's only been 15 minutes since your first post. Have you tried the SoSE forums? There's usually somebody on line there at this time. Post and be patient. To find the SoSE Forums start the SoSE Launcher and click on the Website link.

Nechen. Please email [email protected]. Stardock doesn't have 24/7 support. We are located in the Eastern Time Zone in the United States and maintain normal business hours. Support makes a good effort to monitor the forums. However, you posted about your particular issue 15 minutes before close. It's not likely they will see this post until tomorow. I will make someone in support aware of your post (I just happen to be working late, and testing the forum software, and ran across your post), but you should still email [email protected]. The email ticket system is the most closely monitored.

Also, please do not continously bump a post if you are not recieving a reply as fast as you would like.

Because my brain must have shut off temporarily I hadnt realized that it's Friday :) Please email the support system and you may get some help before Monday. I can't promise that someone will be available to help you through the forums until Monday. Sorry about that bit of misinformation. It's late, and I should go home :)

killajosh...his post is in the "Stardock Support" forum so he kinda posted in the correct place.
He would have been better off to go to Stardock games forum though.

Did the ticket ever get posted? Got a number I can look up?

Since I read of this last week I have been looking for tickets like this but have yet to see anything.
