Support makes a good effort to monitor the forums. However, you posted about your particular issue 15 minutes before close. It's not likely they will see this post until tomorow.
I will make someone in support aware of your post (I just happen to be working late, and testing the forum software, and ran across your post), but you should still email
[email protected]. The email ticket system is the most closely monitored.
Also, please do not continously bump a post if you are not recieving a reply as fast as you would like.
