Re-Generated descriptions in Foreign policy reports.

Automatic or customized.

I'm not exactly sure about this but i'd like to know if anyone has had the same issues or if anybody figured out why and how to fix this.

Context; playing against modded races, pre-defined and validated for mis-typings or/and other errors.

Each of these races have their own descriptives generated from custom typed text and tagged by the code as "0" as they should.

Now, comes the Foreign screen and its tab(s);

- On the "Reports", i should normally receive the espionage-text as it was written up in the race-configs or customrace.xmls but instead i get a self-generating mix-match of default comments based on general terminology.

Can this be fixed or please, indicate to me what's wrong or if i have flawed the process indirectly by using wrong procedures while i save these new files?

Bump... dunno if this may be IT - but, i somehow possibly found a common link to this issue; YOR personality race tags.
More testing to do.
Still, it IS strange.

Bump again... after another inspection of some files - this may be also be linked to the FlavorText.xml.

It boggles me that a few things wouldn't be showing up as standard knowledge all the way through any Diplomatic reports. What makes the Yor (and a couple more, btw) so special that the regular descriptions aren't available like others.

Pfftt. Small details, and yet there HAS to be a logical reason by GC_coding features and/or gameplay definition of particular elements - one being, contact between races or how this affects what info someone receives or not.

I'll figured it out. Cuz, my Mod requires that much at least.
