Copyright Violation on Wincustomize

Illegal Submission

I do not see anywhere else to report copyright violations, but this wallpaper is a RIP. It has been on my site for almost 4 years and was not created by this so called author. It is titled Time, and was done by fatman graphics (fatbasturd) back in 2004. Here is the link at my site:

LightStar wow, I can understand. What you really need to do is contact someone in admin or a moderator. You should probably PM Zoomba or Zubaz. Normally, they also don't like you to include links in your posts on these type of issues.
