How difficult can it be?

When i went to enter my 34 digit "Solar Code" in the game main menu, I didn't put in the dashes. Up pops an error message saying I hadn't properly formatted it, including the dashes. This is incredibly annoying.

How hard would it be to program it to recognize the code with or without dashes? Can't be that tough, you guys build galaxies for a living!

Make it so, or something. It's the thoughtful touches that please the old crotchety folks like me.

Actually it should, AFAIK. If you're having trouble making an ICO account, contact [email protected] with your serial and they should be able to help.

ctrl-c/ctrl-v works to paste the key in from the email. why type it? masochist?
