Error downloading selected library ?

WandaJo, I'm having the same problem. Must have something to do with the server maintenace that went on yesterday. You can still see the libraries by accessing them on the right hand side on the WC Home Page.   

I'm not sure I understand the question - when I am in WC Browswer - I don't have anything on the right ?? If you're talking about getting there with generic IE; yes, I can do that. If there's something wrong with the browser interface - wouldn't there be a post? PS - I don't get the error on Windows Blinds - are you?

WandaJo I use the WC Browser also, are you sure there isn't anything on the right hand side? Mine shows Gallery with Library selections, and some other stuff.

I PM'd you so I could send you a screen shot... I'm sure there's a way to put a picture up here, but I'd much rather be playing with these toys!

Wandajo, if you see a screen like Zubaz shows click on the icon that is above the one of Skins and Themes. That should take you to the WC Home Page. Now look on the right hand side, do you see Gallery and Libraries underneath?

OK - The list in the left pane starts with Skin Updates Manager and goes right to Libraries as the second entry. I think I read somewhere that you can customize the list but can't remember how (or where I read it) but back to the point. If I go to Libraries (the second entry, I get the view the Z had in his picture on the right. I can get to the libraries via that route. I cannot highlight the specific library on the left pane and get there (which I could do yesterday) and I cannot search (which is what promted me to make this post in the first place). So is there a "work around" for searching? I could not find that ability on the web site.

More awake now; I cannot get to the libraries from the right side either. It just so happened when I tried the first time, it was on one of the few that work, so WCB is really broke for me now - any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem. I just purchased a WC subscription today for the first time. I uninstalled it, thinking something had gone wrong the first time, I've tried updating it a couple times, no luck. I get the same error message (error downloading elected library) and also 'Page cannot display'. So if this isn't fixable, then I'm back to viewing and downloading everything on my regular rogers/yahoo browser which makes my $19.95Cdn product purchase turn into a donation. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix problem?

karmat look at reply #1, does that help any. If I'm not mistaken this has happen before and it was during a server upgrade. It will get corrected.  

The problem is being addressed. 

However, yoru subscription ot WC isn't just for the browser application.  You get access to unlimited downloads and member only skins too.

If it's just a server issue that will at some point soon be corrected, I can be patient and wait. I was just excited at having a new toy and then frustrated at not being able to play with it, you know. One other thing, the few skins I can see are from 2003 - 2005, nothing newer. Is this part of the same problem?

I woudl guess so.  That behaviour is atypical.

Looks like all aspects of the WC browser are working now. I'm happy!
