yea, good luck getting an answer with that... i've asked when it'll actually be at an EB games since i guess they're a retail partner... and i still haven't gotten an answer....

It's Ubi Soft so odds are it'll be in all the stores in the coming days. The game has shipped. It's just a matter of the boxes being delivered by the shipping company to the stores. Patience.
