Culture bombing advice.

Hello everyone. I'm a new player, and a sucky one at that. I still havent learned the ropes, and I'd like some advice on how to win my first game:

Just how do I culture bomb properly ?

Culture bomb? never heard that term. but if you mean overwelhm them with culture starbaces help.buildings like research labs and news network help along with anything that increases star influence

Research labs and other buildings don't help *that* much. It's much more efficient to build large quantities of Cultural Palaces and Cultural Maximization Centers.

If you build two of them, your cultural influence in a given sector is multiplied by eight.

I won't mention the second level of Cultural Palaces that double that bonus...
