Is anyone else bugged by the inability of the spending allocations to update automatically when you move the spending sliders?
When I have the planet display open and want to fine-tune my sliders, I have to constantly refresh the planet display after moving a slider. If they updated automatically when the sliders moved, that would be awesome.
But the planetary display seems to base its "turns remaining" totals on the monetary BC amounts on the economic screen, and not the sliders themselves. For example, if you tweak a slider by 1%, the allocated amounts (top right) do not update until you refresh the screen. Then you have to refresh AGAIN so that the planet display reflect the updated allocations.... argh!
In addition, it is very tedious to fine-tune the science slider to the minimum % necessary when your tech research says "Next Month". So you have to tweak the slider down, refresh the screen, and then go over to see if that change keeps the research at "Next Month".
Ideally, the time remaining for research would also be displayed and updated automatically on the slider screen! That way, with the planets displayed, you could update your sliders quickly and accurately without jumping through so many hoops.
