starbase movement?

A starbase has the potential to become a terror star (late tech, requires several constructors and 5000bc). Terror stars can move and have a fixed move of 1.

Personally I think it's kinda silly to list a move attribute for a starbase before it is a terror star (and I think you can actually select a starbase and give it a destination even though it can't move).

In my last game, I had a starbase with 1 movement point. It is weird, since in that same sector the Altarians had a starbase with the -1 move to enemy ships improvement. But sure enough, every turn, I had the option to move my starbase 1 parsec. My guess is that it was a bug, and some turns later, it lost that single movement point, though I have no idea why it had it, and why it went away.

I experienced what I can only assume was a bug or some random loopiness with one of my Terror Stars. It was stacked with a fleet of several other ships that had a movement of 6. One turn I found that, to my surprise, the *entire* stack could move 6, including the Terror Star! I split the stack but the TS kept on truckin' at speed 6. Certainly helped speed up the end game.

Haven't seen that happen since.

I had a similar issue where i stacked a Terror Star with an Overlord and an Excalibur. The Terror Star always started out the round with a move listed as "9/1" And after moving the stack one space the Overlord (i think) would have a move of 9/17 or such. I haven't done extensive experiments with it yet.

I once had a moving starbase.

I had a starbase that let me move it once and that was it. I thought I was staring at the screen too long and had lost my mind.

My moving starbase had a tech resource, and they traveled into the Arcean empire together.
