Question about Metaverse, Multiple scores-same game

What prevents someone from submitting the same game multiple times for repeated submitted high scores. I note several people have Gigantic games submitted in the same day with huge scores and killer AI. It is impossible to play two Gigantic games in one day imo without resubmitting. What prevents a player from just going back to a previous save(not the autosave) and continuing a game they already submitted for a score and then resubmitting for another score when that game finishes again? Kinda curious if there is a check for this on submission of scores. Last night I concluded a game, and then reloaded a prev save to see if I could get a better score through a different victory condition, or just getting higher tech/pop and kinda wondered if this is how multiple gigantic games are being submitted on the same day. Even if a player starts at a save way back early or even at the very beginning in the game, they have all the knowledge of where all the planets, races, and resources are in the game and would be technically submitting the same game if they played through to victory again. Can the Metaverse tell the same game/game-map upon submission to prevent resubmission of a previously played game submission? Btw, if you cannot answer nice, then do not answer. No flaming folks, just curious on how this kind of abuse is prevented in the Metaverse scoring. I mean, can you just play the same map from the start(or some prev save) again and again getting better and better(higher score) then submitt it again and again? Thanks.
