What has changed in the new verions?

I think .41 fixed a couple of bugs in the diplomacy screen, and .42 fixed a problem some people were having with the Excalibur.

This has been asked before but with 80,000 threads on 5,000 pages (ok so I exagerate a little)I cant find it. Where do you see the version of the game you are playing? I'd like to be able to keep up with the updates .

The basic version number (1.01, 1.02 etc) is shown at the top of the options screen. To find the precise version number, I think you have to go to Stardock - make sure you have 'Show application revisions' ticked under Tools -> Settings.

Also, as for what was fixed: all .042 did was fix the "Excalibur not building" problem some people had, where it would get to "Completed Next Month" and then sit there forever. I know that because I read these boards a lot. ;) .041 fixed a problem created when the on-the-fly updating of the trade screen was added, and what .040 does is in the History screen. :)
