WHY BUSH IS CERTAIN TO WIN THE 2004 ELECTION

Up until recently, I had thought the 2004 presidential election would be a close one. But the more I see what's happening among the moron democrats the more I am convinced that Bush will win by a solid margin. I believe the margin of victory will be at least 55% to 45% based on a 2-man race.

Even some who appose the Iraq war will vote for Bush because the democrats are coming across as anti-business, anti-Christianity, anti-God, anti-south, anti-gun, pro-terrorist, pro-pita, pro-porn, pro-abortion, pro-France, pro-drugs, pro-taxes, pro-criminal, pro-big government, pro-socialism, pro-Michael Moore, and pro-commie Hollywood. The democrats seem to coddle and embrace any radical anti-American group as long as they will get their vote.

In the United States today, there are about 40% republicans, 40% democrats and 20% independents. Mostly all the republicans will vote for Bush and mostly all the democrats will vote for Kerry. But the independents will vote at a 75% rate for Bush. Therefore Bush is certain to win a second term as president.

I don't think Bush is going to win. Nor do I think he deserves to win.

There are a lot of people in America that support those ideals.

I agree, but I think the idea of Kerry in the White House scares me more than Bush annoys me. McCain or Powell would make me feel much more comfortable.

I don't think anyone who deserves to win can get in the position to win.

The US is too diverse, and we have to please too many philosophies. Any candidate palatable to everyone is so coflicted that they are ineffectual, or so dishonest they are morally bankrupt. Welcome to a nation where political diversity is more important than focus.

pro-terrorist, pro-pita

not everyone who enjoys midde eastern staples is a terrorist.

pro-criminal

im mystified by this category. unless you mean those voters who consistently help to elect candidates who engage in illegal activities in their campaigns or while in office. im not sure which party has the bigger share based on conviction rates for the past 100 years.

pro-commie Hollywood

poor richard gere. bad enough he had to be the butt of all those twisted gerbil tales hellodali! without the added conflict of simultaneously backing and opposing beijing

I agree. The man I really wanted to run for President will likely never do so now. That man is Fred Thompson (R -Tennessee). Some of you may recognize him from his character roles in various movies.

Few knew that not too long ago he was considered the most powerful Republican in Tennessee. My brother went to law school with his son, and I've had the opportunity to meet the man and his family a number of times. Fred just radiates integrity, and I would vote for him without reservation.

A few years ago he decided to leave politics to spend more time with his family (his age may have had something to do with that as well).

I've met him as well when I lived in Tennessee. Seems like a nice guy.
