I have bonuses I don't deserve?!

I lose the elections and save the game, in that turn or in one of the later turns, it doesnt't matter. I reload the game and AGAIN have the bonuses for my party controlling the senate, even though it's not in control? Why is that happening?

Sounds like you might be using an earlier version of Gal Civ. You can get the latest version from Stardock Central.

I got the 1.2 version and hope it won't happen again. I have another question - when elections are done, when are the next ones? In 25 months, like it says in my game?
