Altarian Prophecy--where are those 10 new scenarios?

I just brought this home, and wanted to play one of the custom scenarios. I only see "Campaign" on the main menu--no Scenario bar. The "manual" isn't any help at all--it says "The Metaverse will be enhanced to support 10 new scenarios..." and then describes them. Huh??!!! So where are they? I'm pretty frustrated by this. If anyone can tell me how I can access them, I'd appreciate it.

You'll need to contact Strategy First. Stardock had very little to do with the packaging of this "GalCiv Deluxe".

The Campaign is well..the campaign. You play given sceanrios by clicking on a "new game"
