Where to Put Mods?? Hellp!!

I can not figure out where to put mods at?

I use windows XP Pro...

Other posts say i need to put mods into this directory..

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods


Problem is that i have no "Username" path.. i have "administrator" and "all Users" and under that i do NOT have a local settings folder.

I ran a search on my hard drive. i have NO folders named "Local Settings" or "Application Data" folders...

help!!

What do you log in as? Do you have show hidden files and folders enabled?

Thanks a bunch, your a life saver for this three day weekend of playing Sins.

I did not have the view hidden files option enabled. I DL'ed and installed the mod and it works perfectly.

BTW, next time posting in the technical forum might get you a response quicker -- I'm paying more and more attention to that forum specifically, because I can usually help and it isn't totally overwhelmed, like everything else has been since release.

Edit: actually, given your problem, make that the modding forum... but the same principle applies.
