Game crashes...

It tends to crash in between turns, but it doesn't happen all the time. This has happened with any gal civ game i have ever played. On the second mission of the campaign, it crashed when certain events took place. I was able to reload and figure out which events by trial and error, but it is extremely annoying. Sometimes when it does this, I can alt tab out of the game and when I come back in it will have fixed itself, but most of the time not. In the end I am always looking at a black screen, and I have to alt-f4 the game. I am running 2.5 gigs of RAM, and I never use more than 50% of that between the game and vista. Here is my debug.err:

First of all, that debug.err is from a game that exited normally. You need to post it just after the crash.

But judging from the old version of DL (which had several bugs) and your old audio and video drivers (which were also very buggy in Vista) it is no surprise that you are crashing.

Update all of that, and if you still crash post the correct debug info.
