Hi

im new to this game and I will like to no if its normal that i cant have more than 15 or 20 ship

it tell me insuffisent fleet capacity

can we improve this

Click the research button, then fleet logistics - you'll be able to research for more capital ship crews and for more fleet capacity

You have to do research under the tab "fleet logistics"

There are two trees, one for normal ship capacity and one for capital ship capacity.
