Can i Pause the game at any time and give orders during pause, even in combat???

You can pause the game at any time, even online. As for giving orders while the game is paused, I think I did last night by mistake but I'm not sure about queuing orders.

i know u can que your attack targets with shift but i dont know if it works while paused
