THE DEATH OF PRESIDENT REAGAN

D-Day And The Greatest Generation

It is fitting that the death of President Reagan came on D-Day. The world's earliest time zones had only hours become June 6th, 2004 when it was announced that President Reagan was dead. Imagine that! Exactly 60 years since D-Day is when this extraordinary man had God's hand placed on him. President Reagan was one of the most courageous presidents America ever had. It is fitting that President Reagan came from my grandfather's generation. The greatest generation produced America's greatest president.

I'm proud to say that my grandfather, who is now 78 years old, participated on D-Day. D-Day was a day of certain death for thousands of brave young men. Not in six thousand years of recorded history has such a courageous and good generation of young men and women performed such a noble and necessary task.

It seems that America has gone from the greatest generation to the worst generation. I doubt that today's immoral and decadent young people could come close to performing such a task if it became necessary.

I think Tom Brokaw had it right when he called them--THE GREATEST GENERATION.

"President Reagan was one of the most courageous presidents America ever had."

Good show Marvin, he was a great friend of mine and I shall miss him dearly. I remember the last time I saw the old chap in 2003, I visited him with my admirer Margaret Thatcher. He said "Who are you?" but that's what Alzheimers does to a man.

He aimed his question at Margaret Thatcher old boy, for even Alzheimers cannot erase the memory of the great Sir Peter Maxwell.

I'd say it surprises me that your kind still exists, but it doesn't shock me anymore. Honestly Marvin, it just angers me. And although I completely agree that America is asleep at wheel when it comes to politics, both domestic and international, your comments lead me to believe that you haven't bothered to learn the whole story either, perhaps you just dismiss it as consipiracy theories or 'propaganda'. But it's not that fancy or complicated, it's quite simple actually. The handful of filthy rich people that rule this planet are playing this world like a video game trying rack up as much cash and power as they can score. But this is not a video game, this is humanity and it's fragile. So unless you, and people who think like you, want to help this very very small percentage of the population rape the world into human oblivian I suggest you stop listening to the media and research this stuff yourself. If you really do it you'll be shocked and apalled. If you're not mad then you have not heart and I'll stop wasting my time.

The above comment was meant only in response of all Marvin Cooley's Blogs not to the death of Reagan!
