Customize toolbar?

How do I customize the toolbar in a wb theme with SkinStudio? Styler Toolbar is pretty annoying so I just want to know how to turn the toolbar in the theme into something like this -


without always using programs to do it

It's been a while since I did a blind but I believe all you can do is modify the background colors and buttons consistent with ALL other skin buttons.

You can't add or move around specific explorer buttons or anything like what Styler does. There are other plugins that will (like QTTabBar) but in my experience Styler is the best of the group.
